I'm excited because i adore Toby on so very many levels. And Tybalt...yeah, just sayin' :) And the Luidaeg. And...
I'm excited because i love the world you've built, and what you've done with it so far (even the painful parts), and need to see what's coming next...
I'm excited because i love you, and adore your writing, and am thrilled that it's out there for everyone else to find and love.

I'm excited :)

I'm soooo excited for book three.I'd love to win so I could pass it on to my other daughter,who is FINALLY reading. I'm loving the entire Toby world, it rocks!!

Because the writing is cool, the characterization is wonderful, and Toby is a blast. Oh, and there is the strong possibility that a new novel means you will - eventually - get back up here to Seattle. (Visit now. It's *sunny*.)

Also, regarding the video? "Look at all that tail?" Bwah-hah-hah! I'm normally a dry-and-dark humor guy, but I have no doubt that the cats made fun of you for that one.

Whoops, too late. You missed the sunny portion of our Seattle programming.

I'm excited because I adore Toby, she's real enough that I can relate even though I've never been in her situation, and tough enough that I don't have moments where I wish she would get hurt so she'd act with more common sense.

Also, the snippit in the back of A Local Habitation showed more Tybalt and I adore Tybalt.

I didn't know whether I would like Rosemary and Rue, but it hooked me very quickly. After that, I've not been able to wait for the next installments! I'd like Toby to have a bit less angst in her life, even if only for a little while, but I guess that is part of what makes the stories work - we relate to Toby and want her to succeed, since her life has been wrecked by the machinations of others. Plus Tybalt is incredible :-)

I'm excited about Book 3 because I know that I can expect a good book from this series. I need more good books in my life (just finished a horrible book on CD so I need something to remind me that books are wonderful magical creatures).

I'm excited that the third book is (finally!) coming out because two is never enough and I am impatient. I need to know what happened. Now.

Because Toby is a kick-ass knight who is pulled into service and duty by the Fae world, but takes no prisoners in letting them know her displeasure with it.

I want book 3!!! I'm excited about book 3 because I love to unveil all the juicy information about the fae species. And I desperately want to know more about Toby's family. And maybe Tybalt too!

I haven't read the comments, but I'm pretty sure I'll be repeating things anyway -
I'm excited about book three because I want to know what's happening with Tybalt now. I'm pretty sure Toby still has his jacket.... and I want to know why he reacted like that to Toby tasting the blood. I want to know where things are going between the two of them.
Mostly I'm excited because book 3 means more answers :-)

I love this series - I'm excited for book three because each book has opened up Toby's world and her relationships more and more. I love to see that development (and Tybalt doesn't hurt much either).
I even signed up for an account just to be able to comment on your journal!

Because it's the best new urban fantasy I've read in years, and I and my wife and my girlfriend are all eagerly awaiting the next volume. :)
