Leave a comment, win an ARC.

It's time for everyone's favorite ARC giveaway, the random drawing. To participate...

1) Leave a comment. As a reply to the entry, please, not as a reply to someone else's comment.
2) That's all.

I will select the winner of a signed ARC of An Artificial Night, the third October Daye adventure, at noon Pacific time on Friday, June 18th. The winner will have until Sunday evening to provide me with a mailing address; otherwise, I'll pick another winner. The winner will be chosen via random number generation.

So comment, and tell me why you're excited about book three! Maybe you could win an early look!

I'm excited because I have an insatiable need to know what happens next.

And if I win, I'll make the spousebeast buy his own copy. Yes, I play hardball. ;)
The first two books were excellent - can't wait for the third!
I'm excited about book three because this is one of my favorite series, and because I was really disappointed when I read the ARTIFICIAL NIGHT teaser at the end of book two at how long I was going to.have to wait. :D I lack patience.
I am excited because the world you have created is fascinating
Random drawing! Yay!

(Also, I packed your CDs for the roadtrip I'm talking with a friend and her cockatiel.)
I'll be excited because I want to know if Toby will notice Tybalt's Tight Pants again, and what else he might have to say on the subject.
Pick me! Like saying this will affect the out come, but I can hope. :)

I'm definately looking forward to this book.
book three in every series is always the best. Plus we get to learn about Lily and Blind Michael. and of course i love toby and tybalt
Me!!
I can't wait to see what sort of things Toby gets herself into in this one. Rosemary and Rue was so good, and A Local Habitation upped the ante, so An Artificial Night can only be better still.

I'd LOVE a shiny new ARC! It'll look great next to my shiny new copy of the book when it's released!

I'm excited about book 3 because I love the characters and want to see what adventures Toby gets into this time around. I am looking forward to meeting the "new folks" this part of the story will bring and hope to see Spike taking a prominent role in this book as well.
Because book 2 was better than book 1 and I hope the trend continues. :)
To add some spice to the game (and probably induce more exclamation points), I think An Artificial Night is even better than the first two. Heart-attack inducing, stay-up-late, miss-work-the-next-day good. If Seanan says she'll have a cat-licking contest for the ARC, don't hesitate.
I'm excited for book 3 for more Tybalt and Quentin.
I'm excited because this is the first series I've read in a long time that I felt a compulsive need to compel everyone I know to also read! Toby is a rich and wonderfully flawed character and I can't wait to read her latest adventure!
I enjoyed the first two, though that's obvious, otherwise it would be silly for me to comment. I like Toby as a hero, she's funny and cranky and often given more than she can handle and deals with it anyway. Tybalt. I don't need to say anything else. I am fascinated by the world of Fairie, and the all the different races, people, places, and how it is intertwined with the real world. Ok, I think that's enough reasons.
I wasn't sure when I clicked through why I was going to be excited, but garnetlocks answered that question. Now there are two reasons:

(1) Because if she thinks the book is that much better than the first two (which were already pretty d*mned good), it's likely to be awesome.

(2) Because now that she's suggested it, there's a distinct possibility that one of the upcoming contests for another ARC may in fact involve cat-licking. Which is likely to be amusing in the extreme.
More Tybalt!
Oh! Pick me!
I love the series, and have been astounded by your ability to suck me in for hours at a time.
I would like one for the purposes of putting on a bookshelf next to the other two that I have signed by the author, and the two unsigned. (I have one for bookcase and one for "YOU WILL READ THIS NOW", just like my copies of "War for the Oaks".)

...actually, I don't have the other two unsigned.

....yet.

But I do wish to, someday, be able to display in my home the "Seanan McGuire Shelf Of Signed Books", with the small sign underneath of "You will be eaten by zombies, or perhaps just simply get a terrible disease, if you take one."
I am excited because it is AWESOME!
I am excited because three books is enough to really settle into a reread of the series!
I can't wait for book three. I've only read Rosemary and Rue, which I loved. But I have A Local Habitation in my hot little hands, and I'm starting to read it with much excitement. I want to be able to launch into reading the next one immediately after. Woo!
Well... *I'm* principally excited because I have no patience whatsoever, and thus desperately desire to find out what happens next? The first two were just so fabulous.
