Sunil: Last night there was a giant spider on my ceiling.
Me: Did it skitter over your face in the night?
Sunil: I HATE YOU.
Sunil: (I considered opening this conversation with, "Seanan, do you promise not to make any characteristically Seanan comments?")
Me: Leg leg leg leg leg leg leg leg...
Me: (That would have been wise, yes.)

I love my friends.

My brain is ENTIRELY too tactile... I read "Did it skitter over your face in the night?" and went YEEEEAAAAUUUUGGGHHH!!!! cause I could feel it DOING THAT.
(Or maybe it's just memory of having had spiders do just exactly that, growing up in the woods- FTW!)
