ARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHH! Is the response to the non-answer. Being zombie related, maybe I should add the 'err-arr' of Mutant Enemy.

...no, that was a serious answer. Full-sized bulldogs are big enough to amplify, so a breeding program was started to reduce them to a size below the threshold. Unfortunately, dumping that kind of size that fast leads to difficulties. In the case of the teacup bulldog, epilepsy is common.
