Can't wait to read this book, it sounds very interesting. Even if i don't win, I'm definitely going to buy it on release day. :)

So far I do not have a fave thing about zombies, given that I do not have much experience with them. But I love politics, and I'm really excited about Feed! :D

That they go for brains over beauty. Every. Single. Time. Who can't appreciate that about them?

I'll go with both- I'm hugely excited about the book. And what I love most about zombies is that they're us...but no longer us. They have our shape, they wear the faces of our friends and lovers and co-workers...but they can't be reasoned with, can't be appealed to with a tiny inner spark of humanity, and they want us to die.

The thing I like, and that freeks me out, about zombies is that don't stop. Sure you shoot them in the head, but bullets run out, and I imagine a rifle is hard to aim if a zombie is within arms' reach, so you run, and they may be slow (sometimes), but there are always more of them right around the corner. And if you have bad aim, you're just being wasteful, 'cause them sumbitches keep comin', dragging whatever's only hanging by a tendon. They don't care, they're already dead!

Okay, that was kind of rambly, but such is my M.O. I enjoy a zombie flick, but they probably freak me out more than any other horror creature.

I like zombies better than vampires because they don't remind me of blood tests and needles. And because I don't think they're as likely to be romanticized.

That said, I can't say I've had too much exposure to zombies, except in Sean of the Dead and Resident Evil. And Doctor Who, if you count a few of those episodes as zombiesque.

Although my friend gave me a miniature bear colored in like a zombie for my birthday, and I love it.

I can't tell you anything I love about zombies, because mostly, they bore me.

I'm looking forward to having my mind changed by Feed, because I can't imagine anything you wrote boring me.

The best thing about zombies is the way they shamble up to you and bite off your arm with the greatest of care... wait, that's horrible!

Also having a zombie preparedness kit. My neighbours all laughed but I'll have one on them when the apocalypse hits, oh yes...

Comment! I'm not sure I have a favorite thing about zombies, but I'm looking forward to at least attempting to read this book, only not alone in a dark house, I know better :)

Someone informed me that Feed is "Shaun of the Dead" crossed with "The West Wing." Therefore, I want it.

Also, the Toby books were freaking awesomely awesome, and I am always willing to read ANYTHING by somebody who writes such excellent books.

My favorite thing about zombies is the episode of Fear Itself entitled "New Years Day". It turned out to be a zombie love story!

The part that makes me want to read this book? Journalism! The fact zombies are also involved seriously just makes me more excited.

Zombies mean something approaching the apocalypse. Post-apocalyptic settings, no matter what monster, rock. Seriously.

I'm excited for this book because the only words of yours that I've read are found in this blog. And I want more. Like the way zombies want certain...things. Only, my book-lust is probably less dangerous...probably.
