Who likes free stuff? Free stuff for you!

Okay, free stuff, part one:

I belong to the Book View Cafe, a group of over twenty professional authors exploring the wonderful options available to us through the Internet. What does this mean to you? It means, among other things, "free online fiction." Yeah, I thought you might like that one. I'm a Friday girl in the rotation, which means my short stories go online (when they're available) on Fridays—and this week is no different. So take a look at this week's dark fairy tale offering...

I really did like the story. You do fairy tales right - dark and bitter, vivid and with true emotions.

Great stories. I particularly like the part about Disney bastardizing fairy tales. It's been awhile since I've browsed BVC, thanks.

I say on Ramblin_Phyl's LJ that you had joined BVC and it was enough to nudge me into finally getting an account. I liked "Anthony's Vampire" and went squee about the new story--will read a little later.

I'm glad you're there--and I like the photo you use on the site very much.

TOCH will provide me with a copy of _Rosemary and Rue_ and I look forward to your release party there.

I must say, I quite liked Knives and it's definitely making me want to read more by you! The imagery was really sharp (if you'll pardon the pun) and vivid, and I've always been a sucker for a good fairy tale.
