Needs a roommate for OVFF cat...

...needs a roommate for OVFF. Preference is for female, non-smoking, non-snoring, and capable of not hitting me with a brick when on the way to bed. I tend to be an early-to-bed, early-to-rise sort of a filker, but I'm very quiet when creeping out in the morning, and I wear earplugs.

I know the room block is selling out. Oops!

It is? Whoa. And possibly damn. I haven't even determined whether I'm going.
Room block was supposed to automagically expand and didn't. That has been fixed. (Still a good idea to reserve soonish, since the filling of the block once bodes well for a full con and full hotel at some point!)

I just called back (having booked two of my nights at non-block rates last night) and they happily moved me into the newly expanded block. :-)

Indeed. But I'm not really in a position to decide quite yet. I might not be until who knows when--it's really an issue of law school...
Well, there's always the tried and true method of deciding at the last minute and throwing yourself on the mercy of your friends in hope of finding crash space. It seems to work remarkably frequently. :-)
Indeed. We'll call that option "B."
What is their cancellation policy? If you are expecting to go but not absolutely certain (and nothing is certain) it it possible to book now and then if things don't work out cancel later (or transfer the room to someone who hadn't booked)?
Cancellation policy (per my confirmation from the hotel) is that you can cancel room-block rooms 'til 6 p.m. on the day of arrival.
