Filk Fund DVD now available for purchase!

Hey, folks, are you planning to attend DucKon, aka, "Seanan and company rock it down in Illinois"? Were you wishing for a little slice of awesome to have and to hold forever and evermore? Well, it seems that I may be able to help you out with that.

Please visit the DucKon Filk Fund Page for details about the concert recordings which are currently available through the DucKon store. These are currently Schrodinger's recordings, as we're asking you to order something that doesn't exist yet. In an attempt to make this not so surreal, I'm offering a little sweetness: if you place your order before June 8th, and if you comment here to confirm that you have done so, on the 8th, I will select one commenter to choose a song from a special list*. This song will be guaranteed a place in the concert, barring rain of frogs or other amphibious mayhem.

(*By "special list" I mean "something we already know." I live in California. None of my partners in crime live in California. I enjoy Tony not beating me to death with an amplifier.)

Comments received after June 8th will be ignored. Comments going "oh, I know Bob ordered one" will be ignored. Demands that we play "Freebird" will be ignored.

I have placed an order for your concert DVD and CD, and Vixy & Tony's concert DVD and CD. (Yay videos to watch later, and CDs for listening to in my car! =) )

Does the drawing just apply to the DVD, or does it apply to CDs too? Not that it matters in my case, since I've preordered both (actually, I've ordered two copies of each the CDs: one for my wife and me, and one to be lost in my daughter's room the Sargasso Sea).

Since I'm pretty sure the DVD and CD will be the same thing, it seems to me as it'd apply to both...

I ordered both CDs the day that kind person replied to all our comments letting us know they were up and available. (EXCELLENT marketing strategy, but also VERY classy and VERY much appreciated!)

I'm wibbling on the DVDs. I had to get the CDs, because I had to have mp3 files that I can listen to everywhere EVER, but I kinda wanna see the concerts too. You guys make awesome faces (not quite as awesome as that nice Mr Dean's 'Oh, darn, that was a flub' face, but still squarely past the border of neat into awesome) while you're performing.

Oops! I'm so glad you posted this, because I had a cart open 27 tabs over in Firefox where I'd begun to order but got called away.

Fixed now. DVDs of you and Vixy and Tony are both pre-ordered. I want the DVD of Frank Hayes' concert from 2007, too, but it's not going to happen this paycheque.

We're going to the "special" list!

Maybe a little late, but I did preorder both your CD and Vixy and Tony's (I have all your previous ones, so getting this was a given). Since I can't be there, I'm REALLY looking forward to the CDs. Will probably order the DVDs later so I can see what went on.
